ADOPTED HEIR **DNA Result**

Nathaniel walked into the doctor's office with Kendrick and Kendra for the DNA result, he felt really nervous and anxious. His hands literally shook as he stretched them forth to receive the envelope the doctor handed to him.

Nathaniel thanked the doctor before walking out to the corridor, Kendrick and Kendrick equally followed him out. They were both really nervous and anxious, especially Kendra.
"Do you want to read it first?" Nathaniel probed, staring at Kendra but she looked unsure.
Kendrick received the envelope from Nathaniel and gently opened it, inside the envelope were two folded results. He took out the first one and unfolded it while Kendra remained staring at his face. She was gonna know from his reaction and she hoped for it all to be good because she was already falling in love with her father, Nathaniel.
Kendrick started reading from the top of the paper till he got to the most important place, for a second his eyes stopped moving, it stopped at a particular line and it seems as if he was rereading the same line.
"What is it?" Kendra went up on toes and peeped into the result, she was started to get worried already. She followed his eyes to the particular line he kept reading.
She read out for herself ' Based on the medical analysis performed, the probability of Mr Nathaniel Mikealson being the father of Kendra Asher Queen is 99.9999%' her eyes widened after she finished reading it. She grabbed the second folded paper from her brother and confirmed it.

She turned to Nathaniel and laughed. "You are truly our dad!" She exclaimed. Nathaniel had already read their reaction and he was glad he turned to be their real father before her announcement.
Nathaniel went closer and pulled Kendra into a warm, sweet hug. "Oh, how glad I am? I'm so happy right now." Nathaniel confessed.
"I'm so happy that I turned out to be your father, Keddy," Nathaniel mumbled as he hugged her tightly. Tears easily gathered his eyes, Kendra was already crying out of happiness.
She can't believe she found her parents after 17 years. She found them and they are the parents every children seems to wish for.

Kendrick just remained quiet and kept watching them, he already suspected it from the day he asked him out for a dinner but seeing the confirmation was still a bit shocking to him. He thought of how they are going to live then. Will mom accept him? He wondered.
After disengaging from the father, daughter hug, Nathaniel turned to look at Kendrick, he doesn't know what Kendrick seems to be worried about and that worried him.
"Rick, are you okay? It's fine if you don't want to accept my role as a father in your life. I can stay away if you want me to." Nathaniel said although feeling pained.
Kendrick shook his head slowly, "it's not that." Kendrick mumbled and started going towards the entrance of the hospital.
"Ken..!" Kendra made to call her twin brother but Nathaniel stopped her. "Leave it, I'll resolve this, trust me." Nathaniel informed.
Kendra bobbed her head, "I trust you dad." She whispered as Nathaniel went after Kendrick and caught up with him just at the entrance of the hospital.
He grabbed his shoulder and turned him to face him. "Kendrick, I...I am sorry that I just showed up and I understand it'll be difficult for you to accept the fact that...I actually forced myself on your mom. What I did is unforgivable but please consider me, I..I was kid then tho I'm not using it as an excuse to justify my actions. I'm willing to take full responsibility of what I did if you want me to but all I ask is that you forgive and give me a chance. I don't even know how your mom is going to react to me showing up again in her life...I... thinking about how everything is going to go is already difficult for me, I won't be able to handle it if you two look at me that way." As he spoke, he got really emotional.
He wanted to regret what he did in the past right now but wasn't able, if he hadn't done it then the twins couldn't have existed.
"So..." Nathaniel was about commencing his words when Kendrick went close to him and embraced him. "It's not that dad, I'm also worried about you, about what mom is going to think after seeing you and...I don't hate you." Kendrick told. His moves surprised and at the same time touched Nathaniel. He wrapped his arms around him and hugged him back, warmly.
Kendra who was watching them from afar smiled, they both looked so cool together. The two beautiful guys in her life.
Even the nurses and the patients around stopped to look at them both, some thought Nathaniel and Kendrick to be brothers or friends while others thought them to be lovers. Because the way they held each other showed great love.

Nathaniel dropped Kendrick and Kendra off in front of Isabella's mansion. They had spent the day together, just having fun.
When Nathaniel was driving them home, it made Kendra sad that she asked, "Dad, are you gonna be seeing us tomorrow?"
"Of course. I'll visit you two everyday from tomorrow." Nathaniel replied staring at Kendra who was sitting beside him in the car.
"Where are we heading tomorrow then?" Kendrick probed from behind.
"I don't know. Where do you have in mind?" Nathaniel replied. "Let's go the cinema or to a fashion show or to a picnic." Kendra suggested.
"Cinema is a no because mom may not allow us to go alone, she may want to tag along if we tell her that we are going to see the movies late at night. Who goes to a fashion show? A picnic together will be cool." Kendrick said.
A smile crept up Nathaniel's smile but fell off the next second. "A picnic will be great together as a family, but your mom doesn't even know I still exist." Nathaniel said sadly.
"I know what to do then. Let's make it possible for you guys to meet, like setting up a meeting. I know mom won't disagree if I ask her to take us out for a dinner." Kendra suggested.
"Hmm. That will be good, mom needs to meet dad, from there we'll know what to do next." Kendrick agreed from behind.
Another smile crept up Nathaniel's face, he was glad that they are both fighting for him.
"Thanks guys." He thanked and grabbed Kendra's hand. "It's our pleasure dad, beside it's due time. You two are bond to meet anyways," Kendra smiled.
As Kendrick and Kendra walked into the mansion, they both had this look that shows that their day went well. They opened the door and got in to see Isabella already home.
"Mom!" Kendra exclaimed.
"Hey sweetie, where have you guys been?" Isabella left what she was doing in the kitchen and began approaching them.
"We..we just went out to have fun." It was Kendrick who replied.
Isabella kissed both Kendrick's and Kendra's cheek before resuming her questions. "Where? I called you guys a couple of times but you didn't pick up. I heard someone came to pick you both us. Now who was that?" Isabella fixed her hand around her waist.
Both Kendrick and Kendra gasped silently. They forget about the maids in the house and even the securities.
"Well, it was a friend. This new friend I found came to show us around the city now, no harms." Kendrick laughed nervously as he put his arms around Isabella's shoulders.
"Hmmm. Isabella gave them a look of disbelief. Just be careful you two, don't forget you are the daughter of Isabella. Lunatics that want to get to me may want to use you guys against me, so be on you guild okay?"
"Yes mom." Kendrick and Kendra both responded.
"Okay. There is another thing, mom asked me to bring you guys over tomorrow. It's been long she saw you two last, we are gonna be having dinner with her and you can get the chance to finally meet her in person." Isabella informed.
"Oh!" Both Kendrick and Kendra ohed looking over their shoulders to each other. They had planned to set up Isabella and Nathaniel tomorrow too.
"Huh, do you guys have any problem with that?" Noticing the look on their faces, Isabella couldn't help but ask.
"We planned to..."
"No, there is no problem." Kendrick suddenly spoke, covering up Kendra's words.
"Yes mom, we have no problem. We can just shift our plans." Kendra said with her eyes glittering, she pictured the meeting of Isabella and Nathaniel to be nice and sweet.
"Are you sure?" Isabella asked again. "I mean you can talk to me, you are free to voice out what you want." Isabella pressed.
"It's nothing mom. What are you making in the kitchen?" Kendrick immediately changed the topic as he pulled Isabella towards the kitchen area.
"Oh, I'm making us dinner. I came home much more early to do that. I hope you two will love what I cooked." Isabella answered giggling a little.
Kendra watched from behind, the smile on her face widened, 'we'll be a complete family soon', she thought.
