'You didn't pack my boxers."

Charlotte was balling her fists in the living room, whereas Eric was searching the bag efficiently at last minutes.


'I asked you that if you wanted your boxers, but you said no. Why would I pack them?"

She replied to him patiently, giving that Madam Lily was witnessing the circus.

'Why don't you ask mom? She knows what do I need in my vanity bag."


'You are not a child, Eric."

Charlotte's hand flew to her mouth, as she and Madam Lily spoke this sentence simultaneously.


'You both are bullying me. Great!"

Eric stomped out to get his things from the room, Madam Lily said in a solemn tone.

'I was used to do his work, as he was busy with important stuff. I didn't realize that I was spoiling his habits.

Don't worry. I am his mother. I will straighten him like a line."

They left after the fifteen minutes argument, Madam Lily prayed to the Moon Goddess.

'Please bless my children. They are happy after a long time. Please be gentle with them."

As soon as Eric's car left the gate of the Pack, Ramla jumped out of her bed. She wrote a short note on a paper and placed it on the side table.

'I am the only one who knows the devil's true identity, it means the Heaven has given me the duty to kill him. I will avenge my misery, he cannot roam freely after destroying my home."

Ramla walked out of her house with full determination, her next destination was a friend's coven which could help her with magic.

Casper's special envoy Ben met them on the border with the Royal protocol.

'Greetings, Alpha and Luna. You are the chief guests in sire's wedding."

'I know, it's because of the Alpha King."

Eric's grumpy Alpha tone alerted Ben, he bowed his head.

'Please this way."

'Stop pouting. We are guests here."

Charlotte placed her hand on Eric's cheek and kissed him, his chest rumbled with low growls.

'As you say, Luna."

He leaned in and kissed her back, they entered the Royal Castle in a pleasant mood.

'Finally, you got some time to meet your friend. Well, ceremony is tomorrow, you are early here."

Casper's ashen face welcomed them, he crossed his arms on his chest and sneered.

'You know that I have no family and friends. Still, you both took this long to come. I am angry."

Dressed in a casual t-shirt and trousers, he was instructing the workers about the preparations, Charlotte's heart melted at his loneliness.

'We are still adjusting to our new life. That's why we are late. Now come with us, Ben will take care of the rest."

Casper took deep breaths to cool down and asked inquisitively.

'How's everything? I have planned it by myself."

He guided them to the dining hall, Charlotte's eyes were darting from one corner to the other peculiarly.

Eric praised his tireless efforts and apologized for the food. Charlotte couldn't keep her mouth shut and blurted out.

'Where is the Queen?"

Casper ignored her query and ordered the servants for sweets, they sat down on the dinning table.

'I have made this cake for your friends, love."

They both squeaked and shot up, Alpha Sophia was smiling softly with a company of servants.

'The trip to the Lycan's Capital was fruitful for me. I went there for my official work and met Sophia. She is my Queen."

'I have decided to announce your Royal status after the coronation. We are the last descendants of the Royal family, bitterness of the past should stay in the past.

I don't want any hatred and vengeance in the future."

Eric gulped hard and tried to process this information as quickly as possible, a part of his soul calmed down at the mention of Charlotte's Princess rank.

'Congratulation, Casper. May the Moon Goddess bless your couple with love and harmony."

He offered the congratulatory money and Alpha King's letter, blessing their union once again.

'I hope that you both can live together for eternity."

'One arrow, two preys. The Moon Goddess has chosen our rivals and combined them in a pair. I am glad that they will annoy each other forever."

Rick snarled at Sophia and took refuge in the darkness, his suspense was over after this uncanny revelation.

'I also want cake, dad."

Little Johnny materialized out of thin air and tugged the Casper's leg, he picked him up and kissed his cheeks.

'Honestly, this little angel selected me as his father. I am a father before you, Eric."

Casper raised his brows and flexed his family, and for the first time, Alpha didn't mind his provocation.

'You are the groom, so everything is right for you."

Like a family, they sat together and enjoyed the cake, Charlotte pointed it out of the blue.

'Tomorrow is sister Sophia's marriage, and you have asked her to work in the kitchen today. Where are your manners? That's not how you treat your bride!"

She grabbed Sophia's hand and scolded him, both boys were amazed at their instant sisterhood.

'See, Alpha. It's just you who don't support me. My own cousin is siding with my wife. I am so lonely."

Casper's misery fairly amused Eric, he punched his shoulder.

'You are my friend, Casper. Don't worry. We will counter their attack together."
