As soon as Casper destroyed Ramla's curing pad, Charlotte's pain came back in full intensity. She yelped and scratched her nails at the cage. The smell of the burning flesh suddenly overpowered the cocktail of different scents.

Finally Eric started to respond to her efforts, his low growls motivated her dying courage. On the other hand, Ramla was struggling to resist those fire arrows, the unending sea of fire was consuming her power rapidly.

With that, she focused her fire ring towards the cage, Ramla closed her eyes and summoned the aura of mother nature.

Eric removed that dagger from the Casper's heart, giving him a chance to retaliate. He tried to get up, but Eric kicked him to the floor again.

He brought out a hidden camera behind the flower vase and chuckled.

'I planted this camera for the security of Alpha King's expensive present. I didn't imagine that this will record your confession, Casper."

Alpha clutched his neck in his claws and used a spare cellphone from the drawer.

'Prepare the video of Casper's confession. It should be sent to every vampire lord in thirty seconds."

His Alpha command alerted Sinjin on the phone, then he turned towards his unconscious mate.

'Take Johnny and Charlotte back to the Pack house, Ramla. I will see you there."

Eric dragged Casper all the way to the wedding hall, ignoring his efforts to break free.

'You cannot do this, Eric. I'll kill you."

Squirming against his hold, Casper cursed him repeatedly. Eric kicked open the double door, several gasps echoed in the astonished crowd to see this absurd entry.

The vampire guards efficiently caught Alpha Sophia, who chickened out at this drop scene.

He stepped down and stalked towards Sophia, his claws were smeared with Casper's blood.

'I was black-mailed by King Casper. He threatened me with my kid's life."

Eric didn't believe in her crocodile tears and slit her throat too.

'You have a long history of lying, Sophia. Stop using your kid as an excuse for your sins."

He threw her lifeless body on the ground and ordered in his Alpha tone.

'No vampire will leave the border without my permission. Alpha King will decide the fate of the Royal Throne."

The fifteen minute ride back to the Pack was like walking on a sharp sword for Alpha Eric. His pulse was beating in his ears, as the terror washed over him.

'Mate!"

Rick was screaming after gaining consciousness, giving him bad signals about Charlotte's condition.

With the Rick's grim tone, a cold wave embalmed him, as the hair rose at the back of his neck.

Eric prayed to the Moon Goddess and raced the car, his hands were shaking in the odd trembling rhythm.

Mr. Mason was lying on the bed and Jason was feeding him the medicine. The kind smile on that old wolf's face was the biggest shock of the day. Their family re-union couldn't diminish his worry, he inhaled deeply to track his mate.

Jason noticed his agitation and yelled from the distance, the closed doors of the ICU didn't let him in. Eric banged his fist on the wall.

'The head Priest Flora and the doctors have combined their knowledge to save Charlotte's life. Ramla has told them the details, there will good news very soon."

That Swan placed his head on her chest and rubbed it with her cheek. She caressed his soft feathers and kissed his neck.

At the same time, the doors of the ICU opened, the Priest Flora came out with a good news.
