"This is my work, why are you doing it?" Her face turned red at his words. Noah glanced at the driver and his eyes were enough to convey his demand. The driver immediately followed the order. The curtains between front seat and back seat fell, giving the couple full privacy. After the kissing incident at the club, Noah has become conscious of his action and without her consent, it is impossible to initiate any intimacy with her.

He kissed her lips passionately and deeply. This time his kiss was filled with desire. His warm flesh entered in her mouth making her experience a whole new world. His tongue exploring the every corner of her mouth. She can taste his minty scent mixed with a little bit of tobacco, it was best. No matter how long and how much they kiss, but they can never get enough of each other. They want more and more. She is like an addiction for him, in the start he can resist her temptation but now since he has tasted her, it is hard to resist ignoring the urge. Her taste is familiar yet unfamiliar at the same time. Every time there is something new about her which makes him lose all of the self control.


He kissed her until she was breathless. He finished kissing her by biting her bottom lip. She gasped for air.

Carissa was having a foreign feelings at the moment. Being loved by someone can make you love yourself too. What she was feeling for him was clear. For the first time after an intimacy she looked in his eyes, the warmth, the gentleness in the Panther's eyes made her feel more loved. With his thumb he wiped the corner of her mouth. But his liquid was inside her mouth.

They were already at her apartment, Noah glanced outside disappointingly which made Carissa laugh at his facial expressions, "Good night Panther".


She opened the door and was about to leave but again glanced back and gave him a quick peck on cheek. After giving him a peck she ran away, knowing that the consequences will not be in her favor. He is like a lion, always ready to eat his prey and right now she is his most desired and favourite prey.

He looked at her running back and his lips curved into a smile, "I will see how long you will run away from me". It was like he was challenging his own self.


One day, there will be a day when she will be ready to give in. It's not like he is desperate to have sex with her but the bad memory of sex she has, he wants to erase it completely. Noah dpes not believe in pre martial sex, he will marke her his, after being certified.

Both of them had a sleepless night.

Next day,

After a long and usual day of work, when the work hours ended, Noah glanced over her, "I am going for dinner with Edwin. Come join us". He wanted them to get along well. He is his only friend and if they will not have a good relationship, he will be affected too. Meanwhile, Carissa is not a cheap person who will stop Noah from meeting his only friend. He can meet whenever he wants. Partners also need privacy. They need time for themselves. Being together 24/7 only brings trouble and the factors which makes you love each other are also the reasons behind break up.

Carissa also wanted to meet this so-called Edwin, so she agreed at his offer.

At the very luxurious restaurant, the couple entered and the manager took them to the private room.

After sometime Edwin entered, he looked very handsome wearing casual Jeans and hoodie but in front of Noah every man looked dull to her. He was not appealing as much as her Panther.

Carissa glanced at him with anger while Edwin laughed. 'This girl is so cute. Acting all tough while she is like a glass inside'. He thought. Being a playboy he lives up to his reputation. He knows what type of a girl in front of him is. Noah turned cold and a bitter taste spread around his mouth, when he heard him laughing at his love, "Behave yourself, Edwin".

"Oh man calm down." Edwin said pointing at Carissa, "Did you see her eyes? I thought she would kill me".

"You thought.... I will definitely kill you Mr." She threatened him openly.

"I am against your dating, friend. Your girlfriend is trying to kill your only friend. This situation is bad". Edwin commented placing his arms in front of chest.

"I don't need your approval." Noah made him puke blood.

"So, it's love before hoe. What a traitor you are!!" Edwin was disappointed to see him supporting her.

At the moment, the manager with a waitress entered their exquisite private room. The hotel was Noah's so he ordered the dishes that were the delicacies and which he is familiar with.

Carissa glanced at the waitress and it took her only one second to recognize the figure.

"Celeste?" Carissa said in a surprise.

But someone else was more surprised to hear her name. Edwin did not notice the waitress. There are many Celeste in the world but listening to this name only one person came in his mind and for a second he wished it to be her. Celeste glanced at him from the corner of her eye before replying to Carissa, "You must be mistaken".

She denied the fact that she knew her.

Carissa smiled and went to hug her, "How I can be mistaken. You are the only one who has this flower." She pointed at her temple.

Celeste does not have any tattoo. She has a birthmark, a tea pink colored flower on her temple. The story behind her birthmark is, her mother embroiders a flower when there was a solar eclipse during her pregnancy and this happened to become a birthmark. This uniqueness always makes her stand out. Carissa was attracted to her because of this mark and same was the case with Edwin.

Noah was trying to analyze the whole situation but Edwin was still glaring at her. He could not take his eyes away from her. The moment when he wished it to be her he should have wished to be with her maybe, instead of remembering her in his memories every night, she would be in his embrace.

Celeste felt breathless. In this group of people one is her president, other is the one she tried to spend a night with or a one night stand to be precise, and the last one is the friend whom she met years ago.

Noah does not know the story behind what is happening right now but he knows Celeste is in a difficult spot and there is something suspicious about their behaviour. How come Carissa and Edwin know the same person? And he has never seen her so excited before and Carissa doesn't have any friends. She is someone special for her. If Celeste is special for Carissa then she holds the same importance in the eyes of Noah, "Carissa why don't you talk to her later?" He said, vanishing this weird vibe. Because it looks like Celeste is not going to speak in front of Edwin.

Celeste was thankful for him. She looked at him gratefully.

Carissa wanted to speak more with her but she gave up considering the circumstances and situation, "Okay, Celeste we will talk later".
