When Edwin was young his mother used to have several affairs. She would never stay at home nor give his father and him any attention. Because of this reason, his parents would always fight. Those shoutings at each other, vulgar words and sarcasm at him, haven't faded yet. Edwin started to think of himself as a hurdle between the happiness of his parents. Those words don't have much value now but in the past they had broken a part of him and even now, after 20 years he is still collecting those crumbs. These things are still engraved in his heart. In the end, his mother left them. It was better-better than watching them fight all the time. Unfortunately, he felt peaceful but there was a negative reaction of losing a mother too. From that point onwards, he started to act wildly and lost all the respect for any woman. He started to think of them like an object, an object which is used to fill the desires of men and in the end he did the same. Used them and threw them out like trash.

He likes Celeste, he really does. But when she said a word mother in front of him… that's when things started to go wrong. She unconsciously pressed his weakest nerve making him lose all the control.


Actually, all four have a dark past that is still affecting their present lives and relationships.

Celeste's parents got divorced and left them alone. She is struggling till now.

He just pitied her and fulfilled her little wishes which were ordinary for him.

But now when he has settled there is she...once again back in his life.

At first, he did not want to handle business, and he hated being in the office. But when the people showed their true colors to him it was better to leave everything and stay in the office. If he has to sail his boat alone then it is better to become strong first. He worked hard to get known by his name.

He does not hate Mia for getting money. It does not matter but if the glass of trust is broken it can never be the same again.

After a decade he felt something for Carissa. She has a pure heart, she speaks her mind.

Noah came back home, it was already 2am. Carissa was still awake but she pretended to be sleeping. Noah glanced at her and just by a single glimpse he knew she was not sleeping. This is the reason why he loves her because she is transparent. He can see through her mind, her heart.

He changed into a night dress and laid  beside her. She felt the bed sinking due to his weight.

Noah hugged her waist and whispered, "I am sorry because of me you couldn't sleep".

Carissa clenched her fist as she was caught red handed. "Good night". She said there was no use in hiding it from him.

They slept embracing each other.
