ASHLY POV
The Metro Pop is approaching, I became more busy. Lots of lots of schedule but Maeve and I always catched up in my condo.
When I enter my condo, I saw Maeve sitting on the couch and covering her whole body with a blanket.

"Are you cold?" I quikly approaches her
"No."
"Then why this blanket all over your body?" I said and put my hand on his back and look at on her face and saw her wet cheeks "Wait, did you cry??" I asked but she just nodded "Why? Why did you cry?"
"Nothin-"
"Maeve I know you, you won't cry for 'nothing'."
She burst into tears and hugged me tight "Ash, Am I really just paranoid? Does I really went overboard? Am I too much?"

"Shhh shhh，Don't cry. Don't cry." I said and hugged her back while wiping her cheeks "Now slowly, tell me what's wrong. Why you guys fight?"
"I-i saw him with a girl." She said, sat properly and look at me "He said she was just his co-engeneer but the girl keeps flirting with him, I saw it Ash the girl really puts her hair away just to expose her neck. I want to cut those neck so badly. And that jerkman!? My eyes are so big that I could see him swallowed then smiled." Maeve said and burst into tears again right after she told me those things.
My blood rises. I stood up and decided to went out from my condo. Before I could even went out from my condo I already saw Kaiden outside my condo, listening our convos inside.
I close the door and grabbed his collar "Fvck you! I told you don't make her cry!"

"I did'nt mean t--"
"What do you mean you didn't mean to? You didn't mean to make her cry or to flirt back at that miss 'co-engeneer?"
He explained
After hearing it I slowly remove my hands on his collar "Really?"
"Yes! Why, you don't have trust on me?"
"I have..." I said. He smiled and was about to speak "But not as much as my friend." His smile faded "You are not gaving her some assurance, that's why her trust is still not fully hundred percent. Even though she already ask me to guard you and I often said that you didn't did some jerk things but as long as you gave her something that can make her stop worrying about you, cheat on her."
"Like... wedding? Children? Meet with parents?"
He look at me and slowly got a thing from his pocket.
"Oh my! Is it...??" I asked, he nodded
"It was given by my mother, now I will gave it to her. I also buy one for her too but please don't tell her about this. I will gave her a surprise. Im still looking for a right timing." He said
I did the okay and zip my mouth sign.
I went back to my condo and cheer Maeve up.
"Hey, stop crying, it was a trans woman. No worries, plus she wasn't flirting with Kaiden."
"But who knows? If she also wants to flirt the two of them?!"
"Shhh shhh. Don't cry you will be ugly if you are still gonna cry." I said trying to cheer her up. I stood up and went to the kitchen, when I got back I was already holding a class of water. I gave it to Maeve "Drink some water."
"By the way... your college friend, I forgot her name but she said she was your college friend and gave you a wedding invitation, its in the table." She said while still sobbing and pointed the paper in the top of the table
I pick it up and suddenly an idea came in my head "I already have an idea." I suddenly shouted even the sobbing Maeve was shocked.
MAEVE POV
After Kaiden and I fought we never had a talk with each other, although Ashly always told me that woman is a transgender and its flirting the guy next to Kaiden but I was just too afraid. Even though that woman is a trans but it look like a beautiful and sexy woman, Kaiden is just a man who got easily attracted.
But this past few days I often saw Kaiden and Ashly together. Like going to shoppings, eating together, meeting with the others and many things they did more. I know I trust them both, especially Ashly, but I always have doubt that they have that 'something'
"No No Maeve, Ash is not a person like that. You trust her, you trust them. There's no 'something'. Kaiden still loves you, its your fault that you two fight over a small things! Fvck Maeve! Why are you so paranoid!" I said and messed up mu hair while looking at the public bathroom in this restaurant. I was having dinner with my friend Maris, she was also a doctor.
I retouched my hair and makeup before going out in the bathroom.
"Hey, what took you so long G-friend?" Maris said after I sat down
"The restroom is full so I have to wait."
"Ohh. I already ordered this, what do you want to add?" She said
"This is enough." I said, not in the mood
"Hey, do you... have a problem? Before we came here you was already not in the mood."
"Maris. I have thing. Solve it for me." I said and put my hands on her hand "I have a friend, who has a friend, and this friend of my friend has a friend who was quite close with her boyfriend recently. What do you think my friend's friend's boyfriend and friend are going on between them?"
"The tale of the word 'friend'." Maris said laughing "Don't make it more difficult to understand will you? Just tell the truth that this friend of your friend is you."
"No, it was really my friend's friend who have a friend."
"Ohhh. Really?"
"Really!" I said to content her. Maris is such a question maker. I don't want to be cause of gossips about Ashly, now that she was the most rising superstar in terms of music. I have to mind the words coming out from my mouth.
"Then if your friend's friend's boyfriend and friend is quite close with each other then something is they are upto. Or maybe they have that 'something'"
"Impossible! They are not like that! I-- I mean my friend's friend have some great trust in both of them!"
She smirked "Why does it looks like you are the who was more affected that your friend's friend." Maris said
"W-wel-well I just uhm. If its your friend and boyfriend, would you also think that they have something?"
"Yeah. But I have trust on them."
"Ohhh see?" I said and made Maris mouth shut "Just eat your food."
"HEY MAEVE, what do you think is looking good?" Ashly said. I saw her picking dresses after I got up from bed.
"Both looks good." I said sleepily
"You come here." She grabbed my hand and pulled my hand towards the front of a full body mirror in the living room.
"This one don't suits you." She said and puts the pink dress in the couch and pick up the other one "Oum. This one, this one suits you."
"Where are we going?" I asked
"Today is my past roommate A.K.A friend's wedding, that 'college friend' she was already living here in Metro Manila with her parents."
"Then why am I going?" I said "Im still sleepy Ash."
"She invited you and you are one of the bridesmaid!"
I feel like I have been put in a hot water that makes me woke up "What?! We are not even close and I don't know her. Why did she chose me as her bridesmaid? Is she insane?!"
"Easy. Easy. Its because I often mention you to her that's makes her curious about you so she invited you too. Let's not waste too much time, go take a bath and dress up, wear the dress that I've picked for you. Let me handle your hair and makeup."
"....I MAY NOW pronounce you husband and wife, you may now kiss the bride." When tbe bride and groom's lips touched everybody, including me, applause.
I never expected that Kaiden is also here! Both of them never told me. I have been observing both of them and both keep taking glance on each other. Which really makes me furious.
"Ash? Why didn't you told me that Kaiden is also going here?" I asked her when the wedding is already done and we are now going at Ashly's motorcycle. Ashly is wearing a light blue long backless dress. She also wore flat sandals. But mine is looks like Im going to an event because it is a blue long dress with some glitter, my left thigh and cleavage are also exposed. Im wearing now is like I am the one who will getting married.
"Ohhh I.. I invited him too."
"But why does you didn't tell me first?"
I was about to sat down on her motorcycle when Kaiden's car approach.
"Maeve, sit here. Its hard to sit down in that motorcycle with that dress on."
"Yeah Maeve. Sat down over there." She said
"But you are also wearing dress like mine--"
"Its your chance now to talk." Ashly whispered.
She finally convinced me to ride on Kaiden's car she goes to the Reception venue first.
But our whole ride with Kiaden is not a single word comming out from our mouths. We just keeps silent while he was driving. Every time I was about to speak, my pride and ego always stops me. Why would I be the first to talk when he was the on e who made the misunderstanding first?
Then later we already reach the reception venue.
It was so big and beautiful.
"NOW ITS TIME to catch the bride's bouquet. Bridesmaids come to the front. We have that saying that who will catch the bouquet will be the next bride!" The gay organizer said. Ashly pulled me to the front.
I was really not in the mood and I was so jealous today although it was fun. I can't stand seeing Kaiden and Ashly always together, talk together and laugh together. When I ask Ashly what did they talk about she just said 'Nothing'.
The bride turned around and was ready to throw the bouquet "One, Two, Three!" the bride counted but instead of throwing away the bouquet, she handed it to me at the same time as Kaiden knelt in front of me and took a red box out of his pocket and opened it.
"Maeve, I know, you don't really trust me but I understand that cause I'm maybe sometimes a jerk but you can guaranteed that I won't hurt you and leave you. Like those bullshit exes of yours. You're the only one I'll love Maeve." I covered my mouth while tearfully looking at him "Now, I'm kneeling in front of you, in front of a crowd, Maeve Garcia, will you marry me?"
I burst into tears as people shouted "Woahhh! Say Yes Say Yes!"
Ashley came up to me and stroked my back "Shhh. Don't cry."
"So this is what you upto? You know!? I was so jealous seeing you both together! I even thought that you two are cheating behind my back!" I said while still crying but both of them just laugh
"Its part of our plan HAHAH to make you jealous then gave you a surprise. We even make an alliance with the bride to gave you the perfect proposal." Kaiden said "Again, Maeve will you marry me?"
"Woooo! Say yes Maeve!" Ashly cheered
I wipe my tears and cupped Kaiden's face and kiss him in the lips. "Yes, Mr. Bautista. Yes, ofcourse I will marry you."
He smiled and put the diamond ring on my finger. He hugged me and kiss me passionately on my lips and the crowd applause.
I gasped air as our lips parted
"I love you." Kaiden whisper
"I love you too." I said then I look at Ashly who is already shedding tears "Ashly," I open my arms and approaches her "you are the best!"
"Oh my, my friend is going to get married soon! Don't make to much kids, I... I don't have money to gave every holidays." She jokely said as we all laugh
"IN THE FUTURE, I can officially call you Mrs. Bautista. Maeve Garcia Bautista." Kaiden said while hugging me. We are in his bed and ready to sleep. My head is in his arms.
Ashly wouldn't have let me sleep here with Kaiden because we might do 'that' thing.
"Be sure not to sex here. Im in the floor beside your bed, watching." Ashly said I look at her she was lying on a thick blanket and also had a thin blanket over her body.
She did the 'I am watching you' sign, I laugh "Don't worry, we will just sleep."
"Sleep then sleep."
ITS ALREADY PAST 10 pm but the drowsiness still doesn't visit me, Kaiden is already asleep.
I touch his eyebrows; they are thick, eyelashes; they are long his nose; they are pointed, his lips; they are redish and kissable. I could say he is a perfect man. Every body could fall for him... including my bestfriend Ashly, but its impossible. Kaiden's type is what she hated the most.
'I hope that day won't come. I don't wanna slap my bestfriend just because of a man.'
"Why are still awake?" Kaiden whispered, I was shocked
"I thought you where asleep?" I said in a low voice
"I can't asleep. You know why?"
I was about to ask him why but he kissed me.
His kiss was passionate and even his hands became wild as well and it was busy caressing my whole body. Eventually Kaiden turned over and I was under him. I just felt that Kaiden had removed all the buttons of my nighties and he is already blessing both of my breasts with small kisses.
"I am not ready for this."
