UNKNOWN POV


I wondered while she haven't open the book, and I decided to check up on her.

I came right when she was smiling at Axel, and looking at her in his arms made my heart ached, and my anger intensified.

I couldn't wait to have her in my arms where she rightly belong.


My brother turned his head and looked at me.

'What are you doing here? " He asked confused.


'Watching my beautiful mate close, though she's close with a mere dog," he looked at her and smiled.

"She's really beautiful brother, you are lucky," he said and I smiled to that.

"Yes, she is," I replied contentedly.

"When will you take her away from this pesky dog, I wish I could kill him."

"I know you want to, but we can't." I looked at Axel.

He knew we were there but he didn't want to do anything so he wouldn't frighten her. I may not like him for taking her away from me, but I prefer loving and respecting her feelings.

'You know he knows we are here right?" My brother asked.

'I do, he's not acting because of her. Let's leave," I said disappearing immediately.

I went back to my house feeling very frustrated and lonely.

I sat down imagining that I was the one holding her and not Axel. I scoffed, If wishes were magic,vampires would ride.


I heard my mother calling my name and I groaned. She was really getting my nerves.

'Son, did you bring her back?" She asked.

'No"

'Why? Why did you become a weakling?" She asked, screaming.

" lStop shouting," I said trying to suppress my anger.

'I'm shouting? I'm feeling very bad for you and all you can say is I'm shouting," she said.

'Since you don't want me to think alone, have here all to yourself," I said disappearing.



Feeling so frustrated and stressed, I began punching the punch bag in my room to ease my raging mind.

'I am the one that should be holding her," I said punching the bag angrily.

I felt someone entered my room and I stopped, turning back to see the intruder and it was Hermis, one of the devil my father saved from the werewolves attack.


"You need to stop doing that," he said leaning on the wall smiling.

"What are you doing here Hermis?" I inquired, turning to continue punching the bag.

'I have a plan to bring your mate back, but….." he stopped deliberately looking at his hands to heighten my curiosity like it was something very attractive.


"You do?" I turned, looking at him intently.

"Yes, but on one condition."

"What's your condition?"

"You will let me find my mate," he announced.

"No, that's wrong, you can't leave here for your own safety," I said turning my back at him.

'She's here" he whispered. I turned immediately.

'She's here? How? Then why coming to me when she's already here?" I asked raising my brows.

'She's a half vampire, half werewolf"


'What?" I asked shocked.

'Yes, and she haven't seen me, though she felt the bond when I was looking at her from a tall building," he admitted.

'I'm to help you?"

'I want you to make me a vampire please," he said .

'Are you sure? I heard it's very painful turning a vampire from a devil,"


'I'm ready to do anything for her, I have been lonely for too long now, so if I help you, will you help me back?"

'You don't have to wait till I get her, I will help you, whenever you are ready," I said making for the bathroom.

"You will helpl me for free?"

"Yes, Hermis you have a good friend," I said.


"Thank you, I'm ready," he said.

"Fine, let's go to your room," I told him, and we disappeared into his room.

'Ready?" I asked once more.

'Yes," he said nodding.

And I bent to bit him, "before you bite me, my plan was that you should mark her, I went to check her without your permission and I found out that she hasn't been marked by him. If you mark her before he does then she's already yous," he said.

I bit and he growled.

"Sorry, Hermis," I said closing the door to his growls and pain.

I walked back to my room slowly. Even Hermis had found his mate, and I'm still here. I cursed Axel.


Hermis' idea was brilliant, why in the world didn't I think of this.


THE NEXT MORNING

I went back to his palace, Vanessa was alone in the room looking at the book, I asked her to read, she didn't tell Axel about it, because I knew if she did then the book wouldn't be anywhere close to her.

Grinning at her obedient self, I made myself invisible to tease her more. I was already feeling happy by just seeing her. I wondered how I will feel if I get to hold her in my arms, or how I would feel if she touches me, I groaned.

'Seems you are very obedient, love. I love obedient women," I said and she jumped.

'It's you again, leave me alone?" She replied trying to sound strong, when I could hear her fear.

'No, I can't love," I said holding my laughter so she got annoyed at me.

'I have told you to stop calling me love," she said angrily.

'Feisty, I like that,"

"I'm going crazy, a voice is talking in my head," she said denying my existence which hurt me, but I remembered she couldn't see me that's why.

'I'm real love. Should I prove it?"

'Yes," she said.

I made myself visible and she gasped leaving her mouth open.

'I know I'm handsome but you are making me feel flattered," I said chuckling. She frowned at me.

'Stop praising yourself, I didn't say that."

I walked close to her and she moved back fearfully.

'I won't hurt you, love"

'Stop calling me that, I'm not your love," she said and tears drop down her face and I held her immediately, thanks to my vampire traits.

'I'm real, no need to be frightened," I said patting her head and she struggled against me.

Looking down at her neck, I remembered Hermis advice.

I bent to bit her with my fangs when she snapped her head and looked at my face.

'You are one of them," with terror I never knew existed.
