'Okay Pumpkin, come back," Axel said, pulling me away from him gently.

'I am sorry Axel…."

"I'm really sorry Axel, I was so hurt that you could do something like that to me. Can you ever forgive me?" He added.


Axel looked away and I smiled. Men are such babies…



'Maybe, but on one condition," Axel said and I looked at him wondering what his condition could be.


"I agree, what's the condition?" He asked.


'You will dance for me with an Indian female saree," Axel said and I laughed out loud.

'Then you are not ready for my forgiveness," Axel said feigning annoyance..


'But it's very embarrassing, Axel, and you know that."

'That's my condition."

'Fine, I will do it, if no one will see me doing it except You."


'Only includes my mate, just so you know."

"No, that would be too embarrassing," he said, looking at me shuddering. I laughed and he frowned.


"But, I want to see," I said teasing him more.


'Axel, don't do this to me, how will I face her again after that."


"You will have to do it, that's your punishment."


"Fine, I agree."


"You will do it by six pm today."


'I'm sorry Axel, I should have listened to you, and I should have respected the bond we shared from childhood."


'It's all good bro, the most important thing is that you believe me now, and that's all I ever wanted."


"Thank you, Vannie," he said to me, smiling broadly.


"You are welcome, and I like my new nickname," I said, smiling back, and he laughed.


'Don't smile too much to her," Axel growled warning.


'Yes, Alpha," and Derek bowed mockingly.


"Now, to more important things, who could be that man in a cloak and why did he come to you to spoil our relationship further?" Axel said loudly.


"I'm still trying to figure it out myself, but he's an insider and I don't think Isabella was my real mate because of the pain I felt when she died as they said it would be. I think the bond between us wasn't real and my real mate is out there," Derek said.


"I don't know if I am the one getting foolish, or you are getting wiser, but I think it's the latter. You have come wiser than before," Axel said and Derek scowled, looking embarrassed.


"Don't mind him, you have always been wise," I said smiling.


"Axel, you are a monster and you don't deserve her, I'm taking her away from you," Derek said, and I laughed, Axel looked at him amused.


"I hate to agree but your theory is right, and we can't conclude until we are sure."


"Fine, but that would be after we have eaten because I'm famished, and as much as I want to faint here but I can't," Derek said.


"So you still love food like you did before? you are a grown man, act like one."


"Vannie, talk to Axel, he is disturbing me again," Derek reported to me like I was his mom.


"Axel, stop picking on Derek," I said sternly.


'Yes mom," Axel replied and we laughed.


"But on a serious note, I'm hungry too." I said and Axel stood up immediately.


'Come baby, let's get you fed." He held me, and walked towards the door.

'Oh she's hungry, and you are all doting, but I complained and you scolded me," Derek said grudgingly, as he opened the door angrily.


Axel locked the door immediately and he turned to me holding my cheeks.


'Pumpkin,...I can never thank you enough for bringing us back together, because I was pained by losing our friendship. But you fixed a bond broken for years in less than an hour. You are the precious thing that ever happened to my meaningless life."


"It's nothin…" His kiss muted the remaining words from coming out of my mouth.


'Axel…. Derek is waiting for us..." I said panting.


"Let him wait." He captured my lips again, and I began to lose my breaths.


His kisses became more rough and his hands' movements on my body more intense.

'Pumpkin, your body is intoxicating, I can't seem to have control over myself anymore," He said dropping peppery kisses on my neck, and I moaned. I know I should have stopped him because Derek would be waiting, but then l was lost in the pleasure I was feeling.

His hands found my left breasts as he placed kisses on it, and I arched my back closer to him.

'Someone's getting eager," he said smirking, and I grew red in shame, trying to get on it.

'We need to eat."

'Yeah, I'm eating my food now," he said as he licked my breasts and my breaths got hitched.

He pulled up the hem of my dress and cold air hit my thighs. Pulling down my thight with his teeth, and using his tongue to lick the sides of my thighs, I held the blankets. He blew hot air in my feminine part and I moaned. Damm this was embarrassing and at the same time very pleasurable.

I closed my eyes with my palms to hide my face in shame and he groaned.

'Pumpkin I want to see you while…."

"Axel and Vannie, come out now, I have been waiting for too long, so I can give you both privacy, but I'm fed up. Come out this instant," Derek spoke angrily from the door. Axel groaned in annoyance. He helped me get dressed properly, and he held me as we walked out.


' What are you both doing in there leaving me to wallow in hunger?" He asked.

'Derek stop being dramatic and come let's go and eat," Axel told him and he walked to the dining room pulling me with him. I was too embarrassed to look at Derek in his face.
