The night sky stretched dark, with the city lights flickering in the distance. But inside Cleopatra Thompson's car, the atmosphere was far more tense than the streets outside. Louis sat stiffly in the passenger seat, his hands nervously resting on his thighs, while Cleopatra started the car engine with an excruciatingly slow and deliberate movement.

From the corner of his eye, Louis could see Cleopatra narrowing her eyes, her hands gripping the steering wheel tightly. He felt this was even scarier than facing a boardroom full of executives.

"Louis Toreto, you made me wait for over an hour. I'd like to know the reason."

Her voice was calm, but cold and sharp like a knife.

Louis swallowed hard. His brain scrambled for an answer that wouldn't make Cleopatra even angrier. But after dealing with this woman for the past few months, he knew lying was not a smart option.

"I… I was just helping Sarah finish her work deadline," he answered honestly, though the nervous tremor in his voice was impossible to hide.

Cleopatra raised an eyebrow.

"So, I've only been dating you for one day, and you're already 'working overtime' with another woman?"

Her voice was soft, but it stabbed like a dagger, peeling away Louis' patience layer by layer.

Louis panicked, his hands suddenly cold. "It's not like that! I swear, I didn't do anything besides helping!"

Cleopatra was silent for a moment, her expression unreadable. Her eyes studied Louis' face as if searching for hidden lies in the nervous wrinkles on his forehead.

Then—

Cleopatra clicked her tongue softly.

"Alright. I believe you."

Louis almost sighed in relief, but before he could—

Cleopatra turned to him with a sharp, dangerous look.

"But remember, Toreto…"

Louis felt a chill crawl up his spine.

Cleopatra leaned one hand on the steering wheel while the other casually stroked her chin, but her gaze was like a lioness who had just spotted her prey.

"If I ever catch you 'working overtime' with another woman again…"

She leaned in slightly, closing the space between them until Louis could feel her warm breath against his skin.

"I won't hesitate… to cut off your genitals."

Louis shuddered.

His heart seemed to stop for a second, then started beating twice as fast.

He nodded rapidly. "I… I understand! I won't do it again! I wouldn't dare!"

Cleopatra stared at him for a moment longer, then curved her lips into a victorious smile.

"Good."

She leaned back into her seat calmly and turned on soft music in the car, as if she hadn't just threatened the man next to her.

Louis was still trying to regulate his breathing, his hands secretly clenching on his lap.

"God, I'm really dating a dangerous woman."

But when he glanced at Cleopatra, she looked breathtakingly beautiful in the night light filtering through the windshield. Her wavy hair fell perfectly over her shoulders, while her red lips curled into a mysterious smile.

There was something dangerous about her, but at the same time, Louis couldn't look away.

Cleopatra glanced at him briefly and smirked.

"You're looking at me like someone who just fell in love."

Louis' eyes widened before he quickly turned his gaze to the window. "I wasn't looking at you!"

Cleopatra let out a small laugh, enjoying how easily she could make the man beside her panic.

"I already warned you, Toreto."

Louis cleared his throat, trying to calm himself. "I heard the warning… very clearly."

Cleopatra rolled her eyes playfully, then pressed the gas pedal smoothly, driving them out of the basement parking lot.

But before the car could go too far, Cleopatra spoke again in a more relaxed tone.

"Oh, and one more thing, Toreto."

Louis eyed her warily. "What now?"

Cleopatra smirked. "I'll make sure tonight is a night you'll never forget."

Louis immediately had a feeling the previous threat wasn't over.

And he knew—tonight wouldn't go the way he expected.

After the interrogation that nearly cost Louis his life, the two of them now walked side by side along the city's bustling sidewalks, amidst the neon lights and the noise of the crowd.

But the atmosphere was far from romantic.

Cleopatra still had traces of irritation on her face, though she wasn't saying anything anymore. Her arms were crossed over her chest, her steps were fast, and her expression remained cold.

Louis, feeling the pressure clearly, stole a glance at her. Damn, she's still mad.

They walked in silence for several minutes. The only sounds were their footsteps against the pavement, occasionally interrupted by honking cars and chattering pedestrians.

Louis rubbed the back of his neck, feeling guilty. I need to do something before she throws me off the office building tomorrow morning.

Then, his eyes landed on a street food cart. Warm toast with the tempting aroma of butter wafted from the small stall. His stomach—which hadn't received any food for hours—growled in protest.

But he wasn't the only one who was hungry.

Louis glanced at Cleopatra. Though her face remained proud and composed, he could see the subtle signs. Her slightly droopy eyes, her lips occasionally biting the inside of her mouth—signs that she was hungry too.

Without a second thought, Louis bought two pieces of warm toast.

He handed one to Cleopatra.

"You haven't eaten, have you?"

Cleopatra raised an eyebrow, eyeing the toast skeptically as if it were something unworthy of her.

"You think I'm going to eat this?"

Louis shrugged casually. "If you don't want it, I'll eat it myself."

Just as Louis was about to take a bite, Cleopatra suddenly snatched the toast from his hand.

"I never said I didn't want it."

Louis nearly choked on his own breath. He watched as Cleopatra took a bite of the toast with a nonchalant expression, but her eyes lit up slightly at the taste.

"Hmm… Not bad."

Louis exhaled in relief, feeling the weight of her anger slightly lift.

"You know…" he said, taking a bite of his own toast, "you don't have to keep that expression all night. Are you still mad?"

Cleopatra glanced at him before elegantly taking another bite of her toast.

"I'm not the type of woman who forgets easily, Toreto."

Louis paused, then chuckled. "Yeah, I figured that out already."

But as he observed Cleopatra's expression softening just a little, he realized something.

"I don't care how expensive or cheap something is. What I care about is… genuine thoughtfulness."

Cleopatra chewed her toast slowly, then suddenly looked at Louis for a long moment.

Louis frowned. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

Cleopatra didn't answer.

With a movement so natural and without warning, she reached for Louis' hand and held it.

Louis immediately choked and almost coughed up his toast!

"C-Cleo?!"

Cleopatra gave him a faint smile, one that rarely appeared without playful intent.

"What? I just don't want to lose you in the crowd."

Louis was still processing what had just happened. Her hand, warm in his, sent a strange but pleasant sensation through him.

"I really have no idea how to handle her."

They continued walking side by side, with Cleopatra's hand still gripping his tightly, as if silently assuring him that tonight wasn't entirely bad.

And at that moment, Louis finally realized—behind Cleopatra's cruelty and dominance, there was a softer side, one that only those truly close to her could see.

The night had grown late by the time they arrived at the penthouse. The cool night air felt calming to Louis, but he knew that tranquility wouldn't last long.

The moment they stepped inside, Louis let out a long sigh and quickly made his way to his room. After a day filled with stress and traps, all he wanted was to lie down and sleep in peace.

But just as he was about to pull his blanket over himself—

A soft knock echoed at his door.

Louis froze. His breath hitched, and his heart pounded for no apparent reason.

Please, not her…

Slowly, with rigid movements, Louis walked toward the door and opened it.

His eyes widened.

Cleopatra stood before him, dressed in a black satin nightgown that was nearly transparent, hugging her figure perfectly. Her long curls cascaded beautifully over her shoulders, and the soft scent of her perfume wafted into his room, trapping Louis in an invisible snare.

Leaning against the doorway, Cleopatra wore an expression full of mischief, her eyes narrowing seductively.

"I can't sleep," she murmured softly, almost whispering.

Louis swallowed hard. "That's… your problem, isn't it?"

Cleopatra raised an eyebrow, then smirked wickedly. "I'm scared. I had a nightmare. Maybe sleeping here will make me feel safer."

Louis blinked rapidly.

"What?"

Before he could form a refusal, Cleopatra stepped inside without waiting for permission and comfortably settled onto his bed.

Louis' panic escalated.

"I barely survived Sarah's temptation at the office today. And now I have to survive my own sexy boss?! I need to hold on… I need to hold on…"

Standing stiffly by the door, Louis didn't dare move.

Cleopatra tilted her head, watching him with great amusement.

"Why are you standing there like a statue?"

Louis cleared his throat, desperately searching for a valid excuse to kick her out without making her angry.

"Cleo… this is my room."

Cleopatra shrugged nonchalantly. "So? There's no rule saying I can't sleep here."

Louis sighed heavily and rubbed his face, which was already heating up.

"You don't actually want to sleep, do you?"

Cleopatra chuckled. "I never said I wanted to sleep. I just want some company."

Louis bit his lip, struggling to restrain himself.

Cleopatra shifted slightly on the bed, then patted the mattress beside her.

"Come on, Toreto. You wouldn't let your girlfriend sleep alone after such a tiring day, would you?"

Louis almost choked on air.

"Y-you can sleep on your own, Cleo! I'm sure you'll be fine!"

Cleopatra leaned back against the headboard, her eyes gleaming mischievously.

"You really are a hard man to get close to, aren't you?"

Louis scratched the back of his neck, unsure how to respond.

Cleopatra let out a dramatic sigh, then lay on her side in a very provocative position, exposing her bare shoulder as her nightgown slipped slightly.

"I feel so lonely here…"

Louis shut his eyes and took a deep breath.

God, this is the hardest test of my life.

Cleopatra fluttered her lashes innocently. "So, you really don't want to lie down with me?"

Louis immediately turned around and walked to the corner of the room, staring at the empty wall.

"I must hold on. I must hold on. I must hold on."

Cleopatra giggled at his reaction.

"You're so cute, Toreto."

Before Louis could say anything, Cleopatra pulled the blanket over herself and nestled deeper into his bed, her glowing eyes filled with challenge.

"Alright. If you don't want to sleep here, fine. But if I wake up in the middle of the night and find someone sneaking into this bed… I won't mind."

Louis stiffened.

He knew this night was going to be excruciatingly long.

And there was no guarantee he'd make it out of this room with his sanity intact.

The tension in Louis' room was palpable. Cleopatra was already lying comfortably in his bed, while Louis remained frozen near the door, looking like a man desperately resisting the most dangerous temptation of his life.

Cleopatra rested her head on the pillow casually, her gaze trapping Louis in a patient yet perilous stare.

"Darling…" her voice was sweet, laced with a dangerous kind of allure. "Are you just going to stand there while I shiver alone in this big, empty bed?"

Louis swallowed hard.

He tried to ignore her teasing, tried to focus on keeping himself from falling into Cleopatra's trap.

"I… I think you'll be fine sleeping alone."

Cleopatra let out a soft scoff, then lifted herself slightly, causing her nightgown to slip even lower from her shoulder, revealing an even more tempting view.

"I can, but I don't want to."

Louis struggled not to stare, but Cleopatra's gaze bore into him, pressing harder. She tilted her head and sighed as if to say, 'How much longer will you act so foolish?'

Finally, hesitantly, Louis climbed onto the bed—but immediately turned his back to her, keeping as much distance as possible.

Cleopatra raised an eyebrow and clicked her tongue in disapproval.

"Are you a man or a wooden doll, Toreto?"

Louis didn't answer. He just pulled the blanket tighter around himself as if it could protect him from the biggest threat of his life—Cleopatra Thompson.

Cleopatra sighed but eventually decided to let it go. At least for now.

However, a few hours later…

Louis began shifting in his sleep.

Unconsciously, he turned toward Cleopatra and pulled her into his arms, mistaking her for his body pillow.

Cleopatra's eyes widened.

Her breath hitched as she found herself pressed tightly against him.

"Damn… does this man even realize how hot he is while sleeping?!"

She couldn't move, but before she could process the situation further, Louis' hand—still deep in slumber—began to roam…

Landing somewhere it shouldn't.

His hand squeezed Cleopatra's chest.

Cleopatra let out a sharp gasp, her eyes widening in shock.

She bit her lip to suppress any noise, but the sensation…

This was beyond her expectations.

She tried to regain control, but her wild instincts were starting to take over. Carefully, she slid her hand down toward Louis' abdomen, moving toward something beneath his pants.

But—

Louis suddenly woke up!

His eyes snapped open, and he froze when he realized where his hand was… and how Cleopatra was staring at him with mischievous, knowing eyes.

"CLEO?! W-WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"

Cleopatra smirked slyly, showing no sign of shame.

"You were the one who pulled me in first, Darling."

Louis shot out of bed, his face flushing crimson.

"I-I didn't mean to! I… I thought you were my pillow!"

Cleopatra chuckled but remained sprawled comfortably on his bed, her nightgown slightly disheveled from the 'incident,' making her look even more irresistible.

"You really are an interesting man, Louis."

Louis rubbed his face, trying to calm his racing heartbeat.

Cleopatra stretched languidly on his bed, then grinned.

"I wonder… if I hadn't stopped you just now… what would've happened?"

Louis gaped at her in horror.

"C-Cleo! We need to sleep! I don't want to talk about this!"

Cleopatra giggled, then finally pulled the blanket over herself again.

"Alright, alright. I'll sleep. But…"

She looked at him with a challenging gaze.

"...if you pull me in again later, I won't resist, Darling."

Louis wanted to cry.

The next morning, the sun shone brightly, but inside Cleopatra Thompson's car, the atmosphere was more dangerous than a storm.

Louis sat stiffly in the passenger seat, doing his best not to glance at Cleopatra. After last night—where he had unknowingly pulled her into his arms and… touched things he shouldn't have—he had been through enough mental torment.

But Cleopatra was thoroughly enjoying this. She knew exactly how flustered Louis was, and she wasn't about to waste the chance to tease him further.

Deliberately, she loosened her blazer slightly, revealing more of her cleavage.

Louis stole a quick glance—then immediately choked on his coffee.

"Uhuk! Uhuk!"

Cleopatra chuckled in triumph. "You're so easy to fluster, Toreto."

Louis glared, hurriedly setting his coffee down before another disaster struck.

"Cleo! Could you dress more… appropriately?!"

Cleopatra raised an innocent eyebrow. "What do you mean? I'm just a little warm."

Louis gripped his seat tightly, refusing to respond further.

However, while the two of them were ‘playing' inside the car, at the Dimitri Group office, someone was planning something far more dangerous.

Inside a room with large windows overlooking the city, Theodore William Blake sat behind his desk, his face cold and calculating.

He held a cup of tea, stirring it slowly with a silver spoon, but his gaze was empty—lost in thought.

Louis Toreto was a problem.

If the marriage between Louis and Cleopatra truly happened, his chances of claiming the inheritance would be completely destroyed. Not only that, but Cleopatra seemed to be trusting Louis more—a level of trust she had never given to any other man before.

He had to destroy Louis.

With a slow movement, Theodore picked up his phone and dialed a mysterious number.

The dial tone barely rang twice before someone answered.

A woman's voice came through—soft, sultry, and full of intrigue.

"Oh? Something interesting for me?"

Theodore gave a cold smile. "I have a job for you."

The woman chuckled, her voice dripping with amusement. "I love jobs from a man like you, Theo. What do you need?"

Theodore leaned back in his chair, sipping his tea calmly. "I want you to seduce a man… and make sure he sleeps with you."

The woman laughed, this time more teasingly. "Oh? Is he that important that you need me to sleep with him?"

Theodore raised an eyebrow, his eyes gleaming with calculation. "More than important."

The woman let out a dramatic sigh. "Hmm, and who is the target?"

Theodore smirked, his tone laced with venom.

"Louis Toreto."

A brief silence followed before the woman let out a soft chuckle. "Oh? The man who managed to catch Cleopatra's attention?"

Theodore's smile deepened. "Yes. And if you succeed in seducing him… and documenting it, I'll make sure you receive a very generous reward."

The woman sighed in satisfaction. "Ohh, I love challenges like this. If that's what you want, I'll make sure he falls right into my arms."

Theodore grinned in satisfaction and ended the call without another word.

He turned toward the window, his face filled with confidence.

"Cleopatra, you may think you've won. But I still have a way to destroy you."

Elsewhere, the woman who had just received the call smiled as she gazed at herself in the mirror, her body wrapped in a tight dress that accentuated every perfect curve.

"Louis Toreto… Let's see just how loyal you really are."

Louis finally managed to regulate his breathing, while Cleopatra was still smirking triumphantly.

"Why do you look so happy?" Louis asked, suspicious.

Cleopatra shrugged. "I just enjoy watching how easily I can make you panic."

Louis scoffed in frustration but had no comeback.

Unbeknownst to them, a new game had begun—one beyond their control.

And this time, their enemy wasn't just Theodore—but also a mysterious woman sent to destroy their relationship.

The question was…

Could Louis survive this trap?
