He cut a steak for her and carefully placed it on her plate. Her lips were covered with cream from the previous dish. Noah placed his thumb on her soft and tender lips and wiped it. Mia looked at them shockingly. Even though Noah in the past was very cheerful and totally different from now but he was not this much caring. She was the one who always approached him and initiated a step. Being bossy was his nature. He would not respect girls and had a total bad boy image which made girls heart skip a beat.

Her mouth let out a gasp at his next action. He licked the cream from his thumb and winked at her. They totally forgot about her being with them.


"Oh how come it is delicious now? Last time when I ate this it was not tasty at all". Noah spoke with his hoarse and hot voice.

Both the girls understood what he was implying.

Carissa became red as she blushed while Mia became red due to anger.


Carissa picked up a piece of meat and placed it in her mouth. Mia saw her eating meat and spoke suddenly. " I can't get how people can eat meat. Don't they have heart? In order to please their taste buds they kill a living being." She was picking on her for being a non vegetarian. Even in the past it was the same. Noah used to eat meat while she ate salad. But she never complained before. Mia placed a piece of deboned fish in his plate.

"I have been a vegetarian for almost 15 years and I am perfectly fine". She said as she ate a piece of cherry tomato.


'How hypocrite you are. You are deboning a fish for him and on the other hand criticizing me. It is your choice to be a vegetarian. No one forced you to do it. But why is she talking to me?" Carissa thought. She passed an angry glance to Noah. Because of him she was getting this type of treatment.

It was better to make her mouth shut, "Really. I have eaten meat all of my life and I am perfectly fine". Carissa spoke while imitating her.

Noah smirked at her response. She can snatch the earth below a person's feet. She did not misbehave with Mia till now. Mia took this for granted that she cannot do anything to her. Little does she know who she is messing with? She is a wild lioness.

Mia glared at Carissa. Carissa felt very satisfied as she succeeded in pissing her.

Carissa said to Noah with a nasally voice, "Honey, can you peel a shrimp for me?"

Noah looked at her with a raised eyebrow. 'Baby if this is what you want I will play with you'. He thought as he smiled evilly.

Mia could not believe her eyes after seeing what was happening in front of her.

Noah peeled a shrimp and held it between his thumb and index finger. He stretched his arm to feed her. Carissa opened her mouth naturally like they are used to feeding each other. When she ate the piece from his hand she licked his finger with her tongue. Noah felt an electrifying sensation in his body as her warm and smooth tongue came in contact with his finger. He forgot to pull out his fingers as looked at her speechlessly.

When Carissa saw he is not moving she bit his fingers and with his fingers between her teeth she said, "Do you want me to eat them too?"

Then, he came back to his senses and pulled back his hand. There were visible prints of her teeth on the fingers.

Carissa smiled with satisfaction. Mia wanted to vomit after seeing their public display of affection. But it was her fault, why did she come here and pissed them off? Without knowing that the duo is perfect and specialized in this aspect.

"I am full. Let's go". Carissa said.

"Okay".

Mia looked at his plate, he did not touch anything that she had placed on the plate.

They were treating Mia like she is invisible.

Carissa looked at Mia with a face that was saying 'oh you are here too'.

"Panther why don't we pay her bill too? After all she is your long lost friend".

Noah glances at Mia with disdain. "Okay. If you want to". He replied nonchalantly.

He paid the bill totally ignoring her and left with Carissa while holding her waist.

When they left Mia threw the plate on the floor that broke into pieces. The people looked at her with a shock.

"Is she crazy?"

"What the hell is she doing?"

"This is not her property. How can she behave like this?"

"Some people don't have manners. Let's just ignore her".

Mia became more angry as she heard people talking bad about her. She left the restaurant in embarrassment.

Noah and Carissa came back to office. They did not talk about the incident from before. When they entered the office Noah held Carissa from her shoulders and pushed her towards the wall. Carissa became stunned with his sudden action.

"What are you going to do about them?" He showed her his fingers on which her teeth were imprinted. She blushed while remembering her boldness. She was well aware that he will not do anything to her as they were in a public place. But how did she forget that he is really a Panther?

She laughed awkwardly. "Hey don't be like this. I am sorry".

"And what if I don't accept your apology?"

She glared, "What do you want?"

"That's a good question". He looked amused, "You must have heard of an eye for an eye, a tooth for tooth".

She nodded.

Noah held her hand while his eyes were not leaving her. Before Carissa could react he placed her fingers in his mouth. His hot tongue was touching her cold finger. Her hand trembled due to a feeling that is foreign to her but he did not let it go. He suddenly bit her as she winced in pain. He again licked her fingers to sooth the pain.

These feelings were too much for her to handle. Her legs become wobbly and she felt them turning into jelly. Noah held her waist to support her body and finally released her hand. Her fingers were red and covered in his saliva. The marks of his monstrous action were also visible. But she felt a strange heat in her stomach and the heat radiated from her finger tips.

She was not over from the previous incident, suddenly his lips brushed against her. Carissa froze on the spot.

He kissed her gently, touching the every corner of her mouth. The kiss turned into a passionate and a deep one. This is the first time she kissed like this. Her whole body shivered but he continued. If she will keep encountering the situation, this is how she will overcome it.

He left here to her breath. She inhaled deeply as her body was urging for oxygen which he had sucked. He was breathing heavily too. Her lips were swollen and plump.

He creased them with his thumb. "We are even now". He said.

Carissa spoke with a very low voice and her eyes were glued to the ground, "Even? How are we even now?"

He immediately said, "Why want more?"

Carissa placed her hands on her mouth to stop him from doing anything more.

Noah laughed as he spoke in a deep voice near her ear, "Even…. With an interest".

He is really a businessman. He again kissed her hand with which she was covering her mouth.

All the words stuck in her throat. He glanced at her deeply and went to his work desk. He was smiling while revealing his dimples.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. Carissa was still standing on the spot in a daze while he was smiling. Aaron entered, he felt something weird for the first time. He first glanced at the still shocked Carissa, who was now moving towards her table while Noah was smiling.

This was Aaron's turn to be shocked. In the 10 years for the first time he saw him smiling and his dimples. There was a hint of redness in his face too. 'Does he know how to smile?' He thought.

But he suddenly realized what had happened. He is a married man so of course he can judge such a thing easily.

Noah looked at him who was smiling weirdly now. "Why did you come?" Noah shouted at him.

"Oh.. Sir I came for the files".

Noah immediately threw a pile of files in front of him. It was also an indirect way of telling him, get lost now.

Aaron quickly picked up the files and left while a thought flashed in his mind, 'I will not enter the office until he tells me to come in.' Before he just gives three knocks and enters without waiting for Noah's replay. Noah also did not mind this at all. But now it is the best way to protect himself from getting embarrassed.
