In the office, Noah was working very seriously. His face had no emotions at all. You know men always look handsome when they are working with concentration. He was looking more handsome than models and actors.

Aaron knocked on the door and entered professionally. "Sir, I came to report".


"Speak". He said behind the pile of the documents.

"You know we signed the contract with the designer. She is here."

Noah glared at her, "Is it something special for me to know?"


"No. But she has requested to meet you".

"Get out". He coldly rejected the offer to meet the new lady.


Aaron helplessly looked at the ice prince and quietly left closing the door behind.

He had a lunch meeting with a foreign delegates. Noah was leaving the company but a feminine voice called his name halting his steps. He turned to glance at the figure.

"Hey don't be so surprised. You are making me feel bad here."

Noah clenched his teeth tightly, "What are you doing here?"

Aaron felt the atmosphere very cold and weird. He came forward to tell him. "Boss, she is the new designer we have signed with".

For the project they needed a very professional designer. It is a billion of dollars worth project so Aaron especially asked Noah about the designer. But he did not bother about such trivial matters and left the judgement on Aaron. In the end Aaron saw her abilities and her qualifications. She was perfect for their project. So he immediately signed the contract.

But now looking at the chilling atmosphere, he easily sensed that something was wrong. Noah never acts like this.

"Terminate the contract with her". He ordered his pitiful secretary.

"Sir actually…"Aaron hesitated.

"Do you want to die?" Noah shouted at him once again.

"She agreed to work with us on a condition that we cannot terminate the contract until the project is not completed."

Aaron signed the contract even on this clause because he did not find it suspicious. She is talented and this is all what they need.

The employees also looked at the scene with fear. Noah was looking no less than a lion ready to jump at the prey and they surely do not want to become the prey of this carnivore creature right now. So they avoided the situation like they do not exist and they knew if the words would leak out the consequences will be grave. Keeping their mouths sealed was a perfect solution.

Mia raised an eyebrow like she was challenging him. Noah ignored her and started walking in his way.

"See you again, Mr. President". Mia shouted from behind.

 "Don' let her come near me again in the future". Noah pointed at Aaron, "Otherwise be prepared to hand in your resignation letter".

"Yes, sir". Aaron politely replied to his picky boss.

Meanwhile, Carissa in the office was troubled over something. She called Noah to clear the confusion regarding the topic.

"Say". He said the one word.

,Carissa was stunned by his cold behavior. "Are you busy? I can call you some other time". She thought, she called him at the wrong time. Maybe he is in a meeting.

Noah massaged his hurting temples. "I can talk right now". He changed his tone a lot now there was a gentleness in his voice.

He was in a bad mood she can tell just from his voice. "There is nothing serious. I just called to check up on you. I will be late today".

"Okay. Continue your work. I will send the driver to pick you up. Let's have dinner together.

Carissa was busy the whole day. She did not even have lunch. While his mood was down for the whole day. He came back early and worked in the study room.

Carissa came back at 7PM. He heard the sound of the car and came outside to meet his wife. She entered looking very tired and haggard. As soon as she saw the couch Carissa fell on it.

"Tired?" He asked in his deep voice.

"Hell tired." She replied looking at him pitifully.

"Take a shower and have dinner. You can rest afterwards". He settled with her on the couch.

"No I cannot rest today I have a lot to do".

His eyes changed, "Why are you going so hard on yourself? I can help you later. Now be a good girl and get up".

With a lot of difficulty she sat down. "I don't have the energy to walk even a single step".

Noah did not give her any heads up and quietly lifted up. "Hey what are you doing? Everyone is looking at us".

First time…. Servants saw him behaving like this. They have seen their intimacy but every single time they were amazed by Panther. They never thought even in their dreams that he can be so sweet. She did not even ask him to hold her, he just did it like it is a natural thing.

Noah glanced at his surroundings and spoke in a very commanding manner, "My wife does not like to be looked at, everyone turn around".

The people were flustered at the order but in a reflex they turned around.

Carissa looked up at his face speechlessly and covered her face with her hands. She was very embarrassed. But he was shameless.

The bath was already prepared for her. He dropped her in the bathroom. "Can you take a shower or should I help you with it?" He asked so seriously like his life is dependent on this.

 Her face flashed and it became tomato red, "I—-I can. Please go outside".

"Okay I will be waiting".

Carissa took a shower when she was done, she realized that there are no clothes here. Carissa wrapped the towel around her body and completely covered it. Then, she called his name but there was no response, so she thought maybe he was outside.

Very carefully Carissa peeped out of the door but he was nowhere to be found. She came outside and ran towards the dressing room. Her hands were working fast to find a comfortable pair of clothing. Before she could find them his deep voice made her stop in her action and sent a shiver down her spine and her body trembled slightly.

"Are you done, Beautiful?"
