After we finished giving our statements to the police, my assistant told me he had already contacted the DNA testing center.
First thing tomorrow morning, we could bring Lucy and the fake Lucas in for testing.
I let the bodyguards fetch the baby from the confinement center. I also had people keep watch over Lucy so she wouldn’t be threatened by anyone.

The next morning, I brought Lucy and the fake Lucas to the testing center.
The moment we arrived, I saw John standing at the entrance with two relatives behind him. His face darkened. “Eason, don’t go too far! That baby is my sister’s child. What right do you have to bring him in for a test?”
“Susan’s baby?” I said, letting out a cold laugh.
“John, you know exactly whose baby this is. Stop blocking the entrance. If you don’t move, I’ll have my bodyguards escort you out.”
He watched as I walked into the testing center with Lucy and the baby. He was so furious, he started yelling, “Eason Smith, you’ll regret this.”
Three days later, I went back to the testing center to pick up the results.

The report showed a 99.99% probability that the fake Lucas was the biological child of John and Lucy.
With the report in hand, I went to the Smith family’s old residence.
My grandpa was already waiting in the living room.
Sam was there too. Susan, John, Amy, and Ava had all been forced to be there.

They sat on the couch, looking grim.
I threw the DNA report onto the coffee table. “Whose baby this is couldn’t be clearer. It’s all in the report. Read it yourselves.”
John picked up the report, still trying to lie. “This is fake! You forged it!”
I pulled out my phone and played two recordings. One was Lucy’s statement at the police station. The other was hospital footage of Susan’s mother, Ava, causing a scene and trying to hurt Lucas with scissors.
Looking at all the evidence, Ava had nothing to say.
Amy looked at me, filled with guilt. “Eason, I’m sorry. I was out of my mind. I was tempted by money.”
I said coldly, “You watched over me growing up. I treated you as my family, but you turned against me. You abandoned my son on the street and attempted to freeze him to death.
Susan gulped. “Honey, I didn’t mean to… My mom forced me…She said if I didn’t swap the babies, she’d kill herself!
“She said this is the only way our family’s child can be born rich.”
John panicked too. “Yes. It’s all my mom’s idea. She was the one who came up with the plan. I didn’t even want to be involved, but she forced me!”
“You’re lying!” Ava shrieked. She pointed at John and started screaming at him.
“You’re the greedy one! You claimed if your son were to inherit all of the money from the Smith family, you could start your own company and live like a king!”
As I watched them fight over each other, I let out a cold laugh. “Enough. None of you are getting out of this. The law will deal with you.”
My grandfather sat in the chair, his face darkened with rage. He slammed his cane against the floor.
“That’s enough! Your family has gone too far! For the sake of money, you’re willing to harm your own grandson, your own nephew!
“The Smith family will not tolerate people like you! From today onwards, our families have nothing to do with each other! Susan, you will divorce Eason, and leave with nothing!”
Susan collapsed on the couch. She seemed despair. “I know I’m wrong. I’m not asking you to forgive me. I beg you to let me visit Lucas sometimes...”
“You don’t deserve,” I said, looking at her. “The moment you give him up, you stop being his mother.”
My grandfather stood up and turned to Sam. “See them out. From now on, they are not allowed to come into our home.”
Sam nodded. He had the bodyguards drag Susan, John, Amy, and Ava out of the house.
